Socifigameca is built on a simple philosophy: we take only what we need, keep nothing we do not need, and sell nothing to anyone. This page explains exactly what data we handle and what we do with it.
1. What We Collect
We collect almost nothing. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or any other personally identifiable information. There is no account system on this platform and therefore no profile data to collect.
The only data we store on your device is written to your browser's local storage, not to any server we control. This includes two items: a flag confirming you have passed the age gate, and a flag recording your cookie preference. Both values are anonymous and contain no personal information.
2. Local Storage Usage
When you confirm you are 19 or older on first visit, we write a namespaced key (sfgm_age) to your browser's local storage with a value of 1. When you make your cookie preference selection, we write a second key (sfgm_cookies) with a value of either 1 (accepted) or 0 (essential only).
These values remain on your device until you clear your browser data. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party. Their sole purpose is to prevent the consent modals from appearing on every visit.
3. Cookies
We use browser cookies only to the extent you permit during the cookie consent step. If you select "Essential Only", we use no non-essential cookies. If you select "Accept All", we may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used in aggregate — no individual user is identified or tracked by these.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any tracking technology designed to follow you across other websites. The games embedded from the PlayNGo network may load resources from their own domains; their cookie behaviour is governed by their own privacy policy.
4. Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes. We have no advertising partners, no data brokers, and no affiliate tracking infrastructure built into this platform. The only third-party code present is the embedded game content from PlayNGo.
If you use a browser extension or VPN that injects its own tracking, that activity is outside our control and not covered by this policy.
5. Age Gate & Responsible Access
Our age gate is a client-side mechanism — it cannot be enforced at a server level without collecting personal data, which we refuse to do. This means we rely on honest self-declaration. If you are under 19, you must not use this platform. We do not collect or verify identity documents.
If you believe a minor has accessed this site, we recommend reporting the matter to the relevant child protection or digital media authority in your country. We take underage access seriously and continuously review our access controls.
6. Your Rights
Because we hold no personal data about you on our servers, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on request. All consent data lives in your own browser and can be erased at any time by clearing your site data or local storage through your browser settings.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law. For formal privacy-related concerns, we direct users to the relevant data protection authority in their country — these regulators have the legal standing and enforcement powers to handle such matters appropriately.

We may revise this policy when the platform changes in a way that affects how data is handled. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. We will not retroactively change how we handle data you provided under a previous version of this policy.
